Josh got us into our dream house! When I first saw this particular rental pop up (which I only saw because of the program Josh had previously set us up with that pinged my email as homes were listed), I texted Josh right away asking if we could get in to see it. Josh is everything you could ask for in a realtor and more! He gets down and dirty when looking at houses, great communication whether making appts to see houses or just keeping his customers in the loop during the process, is incredibly kind but also tells you like it is.
